    My parents fill that shit out and are flattered that someone wants their "opinion" on things. They think that it's all good. This is a rotten thing to do to the elderly. The old folks like my dad, a former engineer, want to feel they can be in a supervisory position again, and these surveys take advantage of that. I told my dad that these phone calls/forms he fills out in detail do nothing but harm, but he insists that if he doesn't think a nurse had enough time to shoot the breeze with him, that she was not friendly. The lay public will never understand what we do.
