    Ill tell you why gay men engage in risky sexual behavior while drunk..no matter what country they're in. They do it for the same reasons anyone does...they're horny and drunk. You can send my check to....

    And I can't get funding to find the elusive invisible spider that causes all the spider bites. My worldwide search was going to begin in Hawaii, and move to the Canary islands, then several Caribbean nations. For a couple of million, the research would have included the effect alcohol influences the spider's behavior. Oh well, NIH's loss.
    I'd much rather go see my next patient. Hmm, chief complaint of cold sore on the lip for a month. Emergency Medicine... such a rewarding career choice.
