    Recent Medscape article discusses new CPCI under the ACA which introduces a "care management fee" under Medicare payment which will range from $8 to $40 dollars with the average at $20 dollars....,, and this "Doc" was looking forward to the implementation of this. Sign up ends July 20 th for the first phase.

    You make me sad. The point is this, Obamacare gives us all the right to have a doctors much as Stan/ Loretta is given the right to have babies. It is perhaps more vapid and less funny.
