MDOD Code Problems

I tried to make a little extra money by advertising with Amazon. As it turns out the code was making the site hard to view and slow. A kind reader told me about it and I took Amazon off the blog. A nice piece about the problems with 'viral marketing' can be seen at our friend's site here. Give it a look, it's all gibberish to me but I am only a simple car-crash physician.
